A Fashion Milestone
KITH, known for its iconic place in the streetwear industry, wanted to reward and engage their loyal consumers with a unique experience for New York Fashion Week. This debut runway show showcased three distinct themes: Beach, City, and Mountain, each representing different dimensions of the brand, from its New York roots to its expansions in Miami and Aspen, Colorado.
Creative Direction and Experience Design
We transformed the Samsung 837 space in Meatpacking to create a fully immersive show. Original content was curated to complement each collection inspiration, blending seamlessly with the ambient and natural surroundings. It was essential that the show be a true celebration of the KITH brand, so we designed an evening-long, interactive experience for guests.
Music and Performances
A-Trak curated the soundtrack live during the runway, with each collection chapter transitioned by live musical performances from Fabulous, The Lox, Mase, and Ja Rule. This innovative format ensured the event was not just a fashion show but a comprehensive multimedia experience.
Scope of the Project
The project encompassed creative direction and experience design. By integrating original content, live music, and immersive environmental elements, we created a groundbreaking debut for KITH’s first runway show, reinforcing the brand’s status and engaging its audience in a memorable way.
